Fulfilment: Service delivery timelines are established at the start of each project and are subject to the timely receipt of required information from the client.

3. Pricing and Payments

Quoted Pricing: We do not operate on a fixed-price list for all services. Pricing is determined according to specific individual quotes provided to the client.

Validity: Quotes are valid for the period stated on the official quotation document.

Payment Methods: We accept secure payments via PayFast (including Credit/Debit cards and Instant EFT).

4. No Refunds Policy

Services Rendered: Due to the bespoke nature of our digital services and the labor involved, we do not offer refunds on services already rendered.

Commitment: Once work has commenced on a quoted project, the client is liable for payment as per the agreed milestones.

5. Warranties and Liability

Service Standard: We strive to provide high-quality systems and consulting. However, we do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes (such as specific sales volumes).

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Client Systems is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our digital systems.
